This tether is perfect for turning your backyard pool into a lap pool. I'm a distance swimmer and using this feels very natural. I found the neoprene ankle bands to be very comfortable and stayed in place. After about 10 minutes I forgot I had them on. And for the price, you can't beat it. I almost paid over $200 for fancier product that attaches at the waist and I'm so glad I didn't.

These things are awesome! The bungee cable allows enough flex, so after a couple minutes you barely notice the straps at all. Made for a great 30 minute continuous swim without worrying if I needed to turn!
