I ordered the recommended size based on my measurements and the manufacturer's size guide. It's a bit small, but that's good because a tight fit is preferable. The next size up might have been loose, which would be difficult to use.

I ordered these after cutting y finger after sharpening my knoves. I ordered the rubber coated to keep my hands dry. But that addition makes them stiffer and more difficult to maneuver. I think I'll order a pair with out the rubber coating for easier handling.
