Very cheap quality. There was a dent in the towel rod, the hand towel ring was bent, and the wall anchors that came with the set are absolute junk. I would not recommend this to anyone and would return it if it were going in my house, but I used it for someone else's house.

The product looks nice but instillation is a bear. The anchors require a huge hole then spin when trying to insert the screws. If not careful you will lose them inside the wall. Had to get different anchors. The toilet paper holder is too small. Will only accommodate a standard small roll. The bar holding the roll of paper just barely sits in the end holders. It pops out with the slightest pressure or tension. Recommend shopping for something different..

Should have known better then to order this. Ordered two of them, both had bent hand towel rings and cheap plastic lining trying to hold them in place. Glacier bay is a little pricier than this, but worth the extra few dollars. Not sure what other people that reviewed this are used to as far as standards but these really look and feel as cheap as they are. Inexpensive is great, this is just plain old cheap in every way.
If I could give less than one star I would!

If only I could give it no stars. We bought 2 sets for 2 bathrooms of the 24 inch towel bar set with hand towel and paper roll and knob hanger. For us, the color was right, oil rubbed bronze and the hardware is all metal. It looks exactly as shown. BUT... Upon install, my husband (who has installed thousands in different styles in his career) was only able to install one paper roll holder ( they aren't big enough to hold the larger rolls) the rest of the hardware didn't have long enough screws and the metal mounting bracket didn't have a notch. The cover that holds the bar in place, could not be secured. To tighten the screw enough to press the bracket into the smoothed section where the notch should be, was impossible because the screw was so short and just fell through. The company emailed me so many times and concluded that we just didn't know what we were doing. I wish I has read the negative reviews before buying this, because we agreed with them, these are junk. Cheap made defective junk. In our case though, they'd be willing to take them back, to replace the defect they won't aknowldge, which most likely will be the same junk we already have and I'm not interested in dealing with them.
