This is a great product! I use it to drain dishes over my sink so that all the extra drips go down the drain. It is sturdy and the rubber end keep it in place, yet it folds up easily to be out of the way. Buy it, you'll be glad you did. I'm glad I discovered it at my daughter-in-law's house.
If you measure accurately- this is a fabulous item!

I love this thingy! I have had it for at least a year now of constant use.
I have a place to drain my hand washed dishes that takes up very little space when not in use.
It cleans easily- I put it in the dishwasher (top shelf) but it had washes easily too.
It appears to be well made and is quite strong (I have set my pasta pot full of water on it).
It does not take up counter space which is at a premium in my kitchen.
Notes: be careful to measure well for this item. You will want it to have enough overlap on each end to be stable and not fall into the sink but it will also have to clear the faucet, sprayer and soap dispenser where applicable. You may also want the width to be narrow enough to allow for use of the faucet while the rack is in use if you do not have a divided sink (mine leaves one half of the sink open even when it is in full use).

a space saver. fits perfectly on sink. Dishes dry quickly and get put away all at one time. I can then roll up the rack and it stores easily. Away with the dish drainer for the few dishes clean up jobs. only improvement I would consider is a little edge on the sides so that dishes wont slide off if bumped. No accidents yet because I am able to put them away quickly. Just saying.

I didn't even know these existed until I started searching for something to cover our outdoor sink to prevent the lizards from accidentally running off the counter into it and getting stuck. While the gaps on these are probably about 1/2" between the bars, I think it will work for my original purpose by giving them something to grab when they run over it...but I discovered that this not only fits across my outdoor sink perfectly the long way, it fits across my Blanco Silgranit single basin kitchen sink PERFECTLY the short way and it creates so much more counter space by eliminating the countertop drying rack! I went back to buy another for the kitchen literally a day after it was delivered and found it'd been discontinued and this is apparently a very hard size to find. Love, love, love it!!! We have a 3/4 split sink and this rack fits perfectly over the smaller section. Not only is it great for draining dishes, but fruits and vegetables can be placed on the rack and rinsed. I have found that it also makes a great extension to the counter space. When cooking and baking, items can be placed directly on the rack or put a sheet pan on it to hold small items. Nice and sturdy; good looking addition to the kitchen; easily rolled up and stored when not needed.
