Used them around 10 times at the gym's lap pool. good quality. Just the right size for swimming and should be good enough for snorkeling offshore and in the Molokini Crater snorkel tour.
My shoe size is in between medium and small. Medium fins were too large. I returned it and Small is perfect with 3 mm fin (water) socks.
I purchased my socks from a local dive shop. For long stays in the pool, fin socks will reduce chafing. After you wear fin socks you never want to go barefoot in the fins.

These fins are very easy to slip on, and add good resistance and speed when swimming. I would have given them five stars except a 1 inch chip on the edge of the fin appeared so they are a bit fragile. The chip does not seem to hinder their performance.
