I just received mine don't know how long it will last but I can say that it's sturdy. It was the largest one I found for the price. The molds are plastic as one reviewer pointed out but its not flimsy plastic and it is lined. the variations are good. My only regret is that I clearly did not read product description correctly nor paid attention to reviews and it doesn't come with a lid. Some reviewers are showing product with a Lid, not true. I purchased the 4 tray option in black and it does not have a lid. I realized now too late that other reviewers had commented on this issue.
