Every week I've been making a recipe called "Eggroll in a bowl", which calls for ginger. My bottle of ginger was old (expired in 2018), so I had to use a lot of it. I've ordered this ginger powder multiple times, so obviously I like it. However, if you are looking for a review about the taste, I'm afraid I can't help. I have lymphedema and use this in a bath along with Epson salt to manage the swelling. To do this, I use two or three cups of Epson salt and about a fourth to a third cup of ginger in a tub full of warm water. You do need to shower and/or rinse after the bath to remove the ginger but this is a really great way to promote lymph drainage. Almost immediately after soaking in a tube with this ginger, I find my legs visibly look smaller when I get out of the tub. I don't know what it is, but although I use just Epson salt most of the time, the addition of the ginger really helps when the edema is especially bad. I highly recommend researching and deciding if this is right for you.
I do really like this ginger because it works for my purposes and I like that it comes in a large bag that will last a long time since I use quite a bit at once.

As recently been diagnosed with cancer I looked all over the Internet for anything that could be used to combat the disease. I purchased this because there were many articles about the use of Ginger to kill cancer cells - I Hope and Pray that it works and no, I'm not not going for treatment and just using herbs and other foods.
When I first got this I took a Teaspoon, put it in hot water with some Honey and WOW, what a kick!!! Now I put a teaspoon a day in my morning coffee with some honey and it really tastes good. I'm not sure if it's actually doing any good but anecdotally I can tell you that I am feeling better these days. The cancer for caught early so the effect of the disease hasn't been much - I can still exercise - walk, lift weights etc. - without any loss of strength.
Treatment will be going on for several months so I'll update this when and if I find out anything regarding the effectiveness of Ginger - I'll even talk to my Doctor and see what she thinks.
Oh, take a look at the Recipe for Ginger Tea - "Bring water to a bowl" Needed a proof reader as I'm assuming they meant Bring water to a Boil!!!
