Worked very well. Substantial and very non-stick. Works well for semi-solid batters too.
Unfortunately I put on 20 pounds between T-Giving and Xmas and am on a low carb diet now, so I can't use them :-(

Not commercial grade

These are not commercial grade. I have two of those and the material is thicker and more rigid, the removable base is a better fit, and they are deeper. Pans are flimsy and bend. Concerned about the non stick coating and see these are manufactured in China. Will update this review once tried and tested for a while.

These quiche pans are smaller than i expected, but they are the perfect size! You can make so much more on these besides quiche. The metal is very thick and durable. I use these all the time and they definately hold up to the wear and tear i put them through!
Good size for personal handheld pies

Great pans, though I don't use them for quiche. It's pot pies for me. The removable bottoms make it easy to push the pies out without the edges crumbling. Perfect size for a handheld veggie or tuna pot pie.
