It would be nice if Rousseau updated the design using lighter materials like aluminum. Wasn't impressed with the craftsmanship, and almost returned it immediately. It is heavy and setup took some time, but after using it now for a month I'm happy I purchased it.
Really Disappointed

Update 7/4/17:
Got a replacement table and it arrived with a bent leg, out of plane table top and out of spec horizontal tubes. This table is actually LESS damaged than the first one and I gave in and just shimmed things to get it to work.

Rousseau has a major shipping problem. These tables are just stuffed in a box and sent out with ZERO protection. All it takes is someone stepping on the box, dropping it, or loading other boxes on top and the table will be damaged. This is unacceptable for a precision woodworking tool.

Other gripes; you have to awkwardly lift the saw out of the table to access the guard release lever on a Dewalt saw; the fence is a poor replacement for the excellent rack and pinion system on the Dewalt (back to smacking the fence around to make minor adjustments), also miss the flip down small stock rip fence and push stick storage.

Would much rather see a taller fence made out of aluminum with pre-drilled holes for attaching a sacrificial fence. This fence is literally just a square steel tube painted black with no holes.

It is much safer to cut full sheets of plywood with this and the out feed table and I can see how this might be your only option if you need to move this between job sites. I'd advise you to buy three or four and pick the least damaged one to keep. If you are mostly going to use this stationary I'd look elsewhere. I regret this purchase and should have gone with a Riva fence or similar to get the extra table width and rip capacity I was looking for.

Spent 2 hours getting my saw planed out with the laminate top only to find out that the top was way out of plane with the beam the fence rides on. This resulted in the fence being 1/4" above my table saw which is not good. One of the plastic inserts in the fence was also hanging by a thread in the adjusting screw and broke off immediately rendering the fence inoperable. Rousseau was very nice when I called but how does a product get out the door with these obvious problems? I guess it's possible it got damaged in shipping, but the box and stand showed no signs of damage.

I am not a fan of the adjustment system. The leveling bolts used to move the saw up and down vertically flop over as soon as the lock nuts are loosened so you have to guess how far to tighten the adjusting nut to get the saw level. It's also very difficult to get a wrench on the upper locknut with the saw in the table which leads to the "hook" that supports the saw turning and throwing the saw out of level. Using a pry bar per the manual and a second person would probably make this less frustrating but there is also no need for it to be this difficult.

Finally, I found the directions to be really confusing. If you have one of the saws the stand is designed for, I think you need only do steps 5-7, drop your saw in the stand, skip to steps 1-4 and 17 for leveling and ignore steps 18-20. Would be much clearer to have two sets of instructions and combine steps 1-4 with step 17.

I'm getting a replacement table sent and think it will be a nice setup once it's all adjusted but I'm really disappointed with the design and quality after seeing all the good reviews and investing a lot of money in this table, the router extension, and the out feed table.

I would not consider using any of my potable table saws without the Rousseau stands.
