Great work station
Amazing JayApril 9, 2017
I really, really like these tables. I have the outfeed table and the router extension wing. When my older table saw RIPped it's last piece of wood, I bought this stand for my new table saw. Now I use my older Rousseau stand for my miter box and as a second work surface. The only reason I gave this a 4 star rating is for its price. Otherwise I am very pleased with my mobile work stations.
Long haul saw table!
Amazon CustomerMarch 17, 2017
I purchased one of the original versions of this table back in the early 90's. I used it EVERY day for easily 20 years and it NEVER failed. I replaced the MDL top once. It has withstood rain and all the elements and has always remained in adjustment.

Recently, I retired from my business and purchased another table. My only wish is that this table received some of the new models saws, so pay attention to which saws fit and don't fit this stand.

I loved the stand so much, I actually traded brands of saws so I could use this table with it. It's an awesome stand!
Great Table, well made
beaufamMarch 4, 2017
Very well built and rigid, it securely holds my saw. Set up was relatively straight forward and the fence is very accurate with little to no adjustment.

One note, My saw is a Makita 2703 and it does not just drop in you need to take the table top off loosen the 'J' hook bar and slide it out to make the drop in area wider. The instructions say to cut the table top so the over hang is back to original spec (this is important if you want to add an optional extension).

I did have to call customer service, for the following reason, once I adjusted the 'J' hooks so the saw was level with the table the 'J' hooks hit the bottom of the table top. Customer service was excellent and they suggested that a work around was to route out the bottom just enough so the 'J' hooks would clear the bottom. This worked out fine and I have no complaints with the modification considering the age of my saw

Would I buy again? for my situation Yes.

This is pricey and for a little more money you can buy a new contractor sized saw. Since my saw is in great condition I didn't want to replace it and the Rousseau table definitely makes this saw easier to use with larger pieces of wood and the fence is much better that the one that came with the saw.
Inspect Closely

I have to start by saying this table is really nice and I know it will get years of good use. That said, there was a problem with quality control. The first unit had a badly bent leg. The second, again, had a bent leg. The packaging looked fine though one of the boxes was clearly open on one end. I persevered and am happy.
Laminate plate is warped
Alan HospFebruary 18, 2017
The table is sturdy and should easily last for years. The table took about an hour of tweaking to get the saw set in.
The reason that the set-up took so long is that the saw needs to be set in the holders so that it lies on a good level plane with the laminate plate on the saw stand. The laminate plate that arrived with this table is warped like a bowl; up in the middle and down on all the edges. Additionally, when you tighten the locking screws it shoves the saw up just under a quarter of an inch, so you need to compensate for the rise when you're adjusting the lay of the saw.
Maybe someday I will buy a piece of lumber, square it up and replace the warped laminate plate, but for now the quality of work that comes off this set-up will be considered suspect until accuracy of the cut is double checked.
