This was way too tight for my big fat bald head. I guess it is meant for women but some women have heads just as large as mine and most of them have a lot more hair than I do... if you are not petite, or you have big hair, you will probably feel the blood supply being cut off to your brain. Too uncomfortable to wear for any extended amount of time. Oh well, one size never fits all.
Finally a cap that wont let hair sneak out.

I've only worn a couple wigs and caps and this is WAY better than the short open end caps, especially for long hair. I love that it twists and secures back down on the head instead of having to bobby pin the end down.
