These are great cookies! When you have to go gluten-free, you think that cookies are a no-go in life forever. Well, these are just FANTASTIC! I am a soft cookie kind of a person, and these are it. I love the taste and texture of these gluten-free cookies. They are soft and chewy. Most GF cookies harder than I like so I was thrilled by their texture. But wait - the taste is excellent too. Usually GF foods seem like a compromise. This is one of the exceptions and for me are just about perfect in what they are. I just wish the box had more than the 12 included.
