For what you pay for these are very nice. It is not real wood but they are made well. Very easy to load print and the mat is bevel cut and looks great. The packaging is excellent, nothing was damaged. I didn't have any issues and they look awesome and are light enough to hang easily on an office cubicle.

The frames are nice. They feel reasonably sturdy and are sufficiently attractive. If you need an affordable frame to get a photo or small piece of art mounted, these work great.
The one tip I have is to put a piece of card stock behind your art. The frame uses pretty powerful springs to hold the backing in place. It also uses metal brads that, unfortunately, are not covered by the matted portion of the frame. So, I could see the round tip of the metal brad pushing on the back of my art. It caused my photos to dimple and damaged them a little. To prevent this, use a piece of card stock between your art/photo and the backing board.
Nonetheless, these are a good value.
