Worked great for connecting 2 monitors to my laptop. 1 is connected via HDMI and the other is connected via the USB3 slot/ this connector. It does exactly what I hoped it'd do and I highly recommend it if you're looking to connect multiple monitors like I did! :)
... I used it with Windows 10 resulting in a Bad Pool Caller and computer having to restart itself

This product has compatibility issues when I used it with Windows 10 resulting in a Bad Pool Caller and computer having to restart itself. Cannot use VGA +DVI combination can only use HDMI+VGA or HDMI +DVI combination. I cannot use as I do not have HDMI screens. Because of these two cannot recommend as not tested HDMI and untitil Windows 10 issue sorted

I purchased this because I have a small Dell tower that's approximately five years old and it didn't have the capability to support dual monitors. I thought I was going to have to buy a bigger tower, however this cable worked perfectly and I am now using the dual monitors. Highly recommend this cable if you're in the same situation.

I bought this adapter for my Surface Pro 3 to connect a third monitor and this worked instantly. All I had to do is plug it in to my USB Port and just like that I had video on my third monitor. There is a disk included which I didn't need but I think you may need it if you have Windows 7. I also like the fact that this does not require external power source. Overall I am very happy with this adapter and would highly recommend it.

Cannot use more than one monitor thru this device. To get it to work with my laptop & 2 - 22 inch monitors in extended view mode I had to connect one monitor to the laptop HDMI port & the other monitor to the HDMI port on this device and plug it into my 3.0 USB jack on my laptop. Works great after trouble shooting for a few hours. The directions are not clear.
