Adapters do not work

After the first two days of our trip, these adapters did not work. Something happened that they did not connect to the electrical source. At first we were able to make them work by propping them up in a variety of creative ways. After a few days, it became impossible to make a connection to power. The same thing happened with both adapters in the package. Very disappointing.

Used the England and France ones already, they worked perfectly for plugging in my US phone charger plug in hotels and on planes and trains. They are not labeled as to what region they work for, but a quick Google search of 'England plug', 'Switzerland plug' solves that question right away. Highly recommend!
These would make a nice graduation gift if placed in a cute storage case or pouch. For me, they replaced an ancient set of adaptors that I received as a graduation gift in the 1980's!

Worked great in London, Paris, and Switzerland. I bought this particular set because it had the right adapter for Switzerland. I used it to mainly to charge my iphone and my digital camera, one at a time. I used my regular 2 prong plugs that I use in the US. (Did not need voltage converter for what I was using, I think my camera charger was already dual voltage).
