Came in handy in Europe. For Italy, Switzerland and France outlets there were kind of universal so that different cords can still work. Wasn't just one kind only. Very sturdy and fit together as needed. If taking a tour bus you need the right one for phone chargers.

I ordered several adapters for an upcoming trip to Israel. My daughter lives in Jerusalem and tells me that she can't find any adapters there so to be sure to bring a few in case one doesn't work. I'm am using these mostly to charge my lap top and my phone and the chargers have converters built in. This isn't a converter.
I haven't tried this product yet though.

We bought a charger for Apple phones and iPads for our journey to Sicily and Germany. The EU power descriptions / plugs are a little confusing. We thought we would need one of these adapters in Sicily. Not ture - the charger plugged directly in to the wall outlets in Sicily. We did however need one of these plugs in Germany. Unless you really understand the various plug types where you are going, this little package is a very good idea.
Worked great in London, Paris and Switzerland.

Worked great in London, Paris, and Switzerland. I bought this particular set because it had the right adapter for Switzerland. I used it to mainly to charge my iphone and my digital camera, one at a time. I used my regular 2 prong plugs that I use in the US. (Did not need voltage converter for what I was using, I think my camera charger was already dual voltage).

This worked well for me in Moscow and Paris. I thought this arrived broken when I first tried it out. But once I figured out that it worked as long as I didn't push my charger all the way in to the adaptor it was good to go!
