I bought 4 jars of these. The consistency is absolutely amazing for making salad dressings. It's creamy and soft and wonderful for drizzling or mixing. It is sweeter than your average tahini. The first day I loved it. The second day, not so much. There was a cloying aftertaste. I actually think I prefer the organic tahini I used before this. The texture is better here, but the taste not as good, in my opinion.

This tahini is smooth in taste and texture. It's easy to stir - tahini that I've been using is hard on the bottom and oily on the top. This one is easy to use starting with the first batch. It's also got a better flavor than any other tahini that I've tried. Some people say they can eat it straight - not me, but the bitterness is much less pronounced, and when prepared, it's dreamy.

The package arriving with oil leaking out of the Jar. There is no seal inside the opening of the jar. It is in a very sosft plastic container, which easily subject to pressure during leakage. The item is too liguidy, compare with many other Tahini that I had used. It said raw, which I assume it to be non-roasted. But it is not raw. It taste like regular roasted sesame Taihini. I am not happy about the packaging, price high for this product and the claim "RAW" is not true. and misleading.
