Top Quality!

This pan is incredible! However, it's far too large for a small family lasagna. Great to fix a large one for company or freeze he extra.
I loved the squares corners so the noodles fit perfectly. The pieces come out looking like a professional lasagna.
My recipe is one I have to do the day before because it uses no boil noodles, so I hesitate storing tomato sauce overnight in a metal pan. I solved by lining it with parchment paper. Worked great!

The adhesive really is a problem!

I agree 100% with the reviewer who complained about the adhesive for the product label. I read that review prior to buying and though "this person is really looking for something to complain about" but now I know this is really a problem. I have tried everything to get this adhesive off the pan and with the pan I received it is impossible. I'm not sure if there is some industrial solvent that would dissolve this but that seems insane to have to do and not sure it would be a good idea to do to a pan I plan to cook with. As of now I have this adhesive still stuck to the pan with little bits of the sponge I tried to use to get it off stuck in. Not sure this is the best way to be making lasagna.
Product label adhesive ruins this pan

I don't write many reviews, but this product has inspired me - I've bought many USA Pan products before (baking sheets, pizza pans, etc.) and never had any problems.
This? I never got to use it. USA Pan thinks they've got a great non-stick surface. What they should be advertising is the adhesive they used to affix the product label. It is quite possibly the stickiest substance on earth - I tried using a regular kitchen brush (+ soap and water), a sponge (the rough side of the sponge simply turned the adhesive green, which did make it easier to see) and finally STEEL FREAKING WOOL.
Nothing worked. The wool brought off the non-stick surface and did absolutely nothing to the adhesive. I tossed the pan in the trash. I am so thoroughly disappointed in this product that, whereas before I would seek out USA Pan before other brands, I will now be avoiding them because they couldn't find a better way to label their products. This is thoroughly disappointing.

Manufacturer attached label with the snot-like glue substance that WILL NOT COME OFF A NON-STICK SURFACE. Couldn't even use it once.
A multi-use baking pan --

A quality multi-use lasagna pan that can be used for all types of roasting. It's a bit heavier than most others, but it does a fine job. The corrugated bottom surface allows meats and poultry to cook evenly, and the end result is a moist and tender recipe. The pan's silicone coating also makes it easy to remove the contents. We clean it easily with hand-washing, so as to avoid the harsh dishwasher soaps from damaging the surface. For any baked-on deposits (a seldom experience), just let it soak a bit in hot soapy water and then wipe the inside with a nylon-mesh sponge. Best of all, it has a lifetime warranty with a USA factory and customer service.
