I'm 5'6 130lbs and got the smallest size (medium) and I'd say they're mostly a perfect fit. I figured they'd be tighter (like cycling shorts) but I actually like that they're just tiny bit looser. They're pretty much perfect for running, where you want something mid-thigh and tight, but not so much that you'll get strange looks from people. I'd give them 5 stars if they had side pockets and a greater selection of colors.
