A little awkward to put together and store. A little flimsy depending on the weight of dish put on it. Probably won't use other than for holidays so it meets needs.

I bought for Thanksgiving so I could cook a few dishes the night before and then heat them the day of, and this served that purpose perfectly! The fit was a little snug with the roaster in the oven too (we had a 15lb bird if that helps), but it did fit and my casserole dishes fit in it fine. I didn't have any issues with it coming apart unless I was grabbing the top when it was empty, and I did initially almost put the racks on upside down, but caught it and flipped it! I also like that it breaks down pretty small to not take up cabinet space.
