The sound is great and the clarity on the other end

I use this for my home office cordless phone. It is a little tough to get on the ear at first then, it won't let go. The sound is great and the clarity on the other end, so I am told, is good as well. I ranked it 4 stars and not 5 because of the fit inside the ear, for me that is. I am sure for most other folks it will work just fine.

Ear loop broke once I put it on my ear. Seems like a dated model, but when it was not falling off I heard the other side well and they heard me without issue. Perhaps if they used a better plastic/rubber combo this thing would have been amazing.

I received this earpiece yesterday and it is awesome. Clear as a bell. I've asked everyone I have talk to what it sounds like on their end and they all said there is no static and they are getting clear reception. I also get good reception and the earpiece is very comfortable in my ear. I like it so much I ordered another one for my sister.
