not good for ribs - BUT great for everything else

very nice quality - love the multi-use approach; however, not very useful to cook ribs (tried baby back and they were ~twice as thick to fit in the space provided). Although touted as space for 7 racks - better function would be space for 4-6 racks allowing for a 'normal' sized rib rack to actually fit (typical grocery store size baby back slab). I did use this also for a roast and it worked great; just think someone got a little overzealous on the marketing (to claim the 7 rib capacity). All in all, good product but very limited on one of its intended functions.
