I got these molds yesterday, and have already used them to create mini-omelettes in my Instant Pot! Thrilled with this initial experience. I but a little olive oil on a paper towel and ran it around the inside of each section, put the dry ingredients in, poured the egg mixture over them -- and they popped right out of the mold like a little miracle! Can't wait to move on to other Instant Pot recipes using these -- little cupcakes, mini-meatloafs/meatballs, my imagination is running!

These are amazing!! Soft and very easy to pop out the frozen pods. I am definitely buying more. I love that the lid is soft too. Each pod edge has a little lip to help attach to the base. Just love it.

These are great for baby food. I use them to prep baby food. They are large enough for when baby eats more and not have to have so many containers. My daughter who just turned 6 months is just starting solids, therefore I measured that 2 tablespoons is approx 1 oz. that's how I freeze them. I scoop 2 tablespoon into each pod and it fills a little below half of the pod. The pod also enlarges at the top. I would approximate that u can fit 5 tablespoons of food in each. Maybe even six.

Used it with sweet potatoes and it did not stain.
I was able to remove the frozen food easily. I let them sit for about a minute or two and just pushed them out from the bottom.
