The Lid is too hard to open and close for me

The bottles are good quality. The lever on the lid is too tight for me. It's very hard to open and close. It's not a on-the-go friendly bottle especially when it's filled with Kombucha, you'll have to fight to open the bottle and make sure the Kombucha doesn't explode everywhere. I'm returning these and looking for the ones more friendly for weak wrists and hands.

Bottle were received on time. They appear to have a good deal and are currently in use. The caps are in a separate foam bag under one of the bottles. When I pulled out my first bottle and it didn't have a cap I had a mini cow thinking I ordered the wrong thing, but then I found them. Like I said, time will tell their quality but as of now I would purchase again.
