Great gluten free cookie mix. It was very to rollout the dough for cut outs. We made some great 4th of July star cookies that my gluten free granddaughter loved. They were pretty and delicious!

These cookies are super easy to make and have the best results! I found it easiest to roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment, freeze, cut into shapes, freeze again, and then separate the shapes from the edges and move to the pan to bake. I didn't have GF flour on hand to sprinkle, so the parchment and freezing helped them keep their shape. Another successful King Arthur Flour product! They have yet to disappoint! $8 is a little steep for a mix that only makes 24 small cookies, but I know I'll get perfect results every time, and that's worth it.

This mix makes a delicious cookie. I rolled them in cinnamon sugar and flattered them as directed and they came out light and a little crispy at first which was good. I packaged up the rest and refrigerated them. They just disappeared.
