A lot of people do not seem to understand how to use these. I personally have used them on a variety of bar shapes and sizes and after they get a couple days use they get even easier to get on and off. These are intended to increase your grip strength, and they do just that. I found the quality to be acceptable especially in comparison to other similar products that are MUCH more expensive.
