Well made cooler. I installed on 2008 gmc serria 2500hd with duramax. These truck do not come from the factory with a power steering cooler. Had to slightly bend tube to fit around intercooler. This cooler is made for trucks without the intercooler. Good price and easy job. Works great.

not an exact fit. made it fit. the tubes are to short. the bend is too close to the cooler, making it want to go thrue the rad support before the access hole. so attach it at top leaving the lower loose. pushing the bottom of cooler towards the driver side. now you can insert lines thrue the access hole and attach to power steering. last thing to do is fasten the lower part of cooler support to original lower support hole with flat metal drilling two holes.

While on Vacation in the Outer banks, this part sprung a leak. The auto parts stores did not have but could get it in a few days. They wanted a lot more than Amazon. My husband Kevin) thinks this will hold up a lot better than the OEM part for our 2500 HD Chevy 2007 with 45,000 miles on it. This part assists the brakes too. We were able to get the part shipped to one of the fishing tackle stores we go to a lot. Free shipping with Prime and got it in 2 days. We temporarily repaired the original with some hydraulic hose and clamps. Good we had this part incase we had issues getting home.

Fit perfect on my 04 5.3L Z71 Silverado. No leaks!
