does NOT spin, it twists & barely at that, the mop stays wet & takes forever to dry the floor. The cap of the handle dislocates when the slightest force is used. Over priced, very cheap materials, spin bucket option but no way to actually spin the mop to drain.
It's a winner.

I have purchased 5 of this type of mop and bucket, including 2 very expensive ones. All of them had problems with either leaking or the spinning mechanism stripping. This inexpensive bucket and mop have far outlasted the others. I have ordered this second bucket for a friend, since it is such a bargain. I would highly recommend purchasing this set. My only complaint is that the bucket is rather small.

I love my new spin mop. First thing I did was to clean all the corners of my apartment from dust bunnies. Then I put in water and cleaning solutions and cleaned all my floors. I actually had a good time cleaning and I hate cleaning. It just made it much easier thank you.
So easy I never have to touch a mop head again ...

I've had this a year and I can't imagine my cleaning life before it. So easy I never have to touch a mop head again and I always use bleach. I havn't even used the extra mop head they included I just washed the other and the bleach hasn't even destroyed it yet like ALL other mops I have bought! Highly reccomend Bought one for my daughter also my back doesnt hurt because I no longer am slumped over "slinging" a mop!

First of all let me say that I read all the reviews before I purchased this mop.
It arrived well within the range given for delivery which is always a big plus for me. It is easy to put together but there are no instructions in the box, contrary to one of the reviews I read which rebuked another customer for "not following the instructions", but in my case there were no instructions! However, it was simple enough to put together. What wasn't so obvious is how the mop spins - you push down on the handle, and a bit like the old fashioned spinning top, the handle and the mop head spins. Release your pressure and the handle unspins and comes back to full length, then you can push down again. It is great! Works like a dream. The more times you push to make it spin, the drier the mop head. You also do the same to rinse out the mop in between wipes. No hand to mop head contact at all - Brilliant!! - just be sure that the mop handle is straight up, not at an angle when you go to spin. It is so simple and effective. I am going to buy then as gifts for family and friends ... and buy myself a spare in case they discontinue it.
