These are a bit larger than I wish they were but I've always struggled with that with these (even me as a kid). My daughter will grow into them though and it'll be great. Only the knee ones are too big (still doable over thicker clothes). The wrist and elbows fit perfect.

I have only used them once and I thought I needed extra protection while my dog is pulling me on skates. There is no wrist protection so I could still end up with a fractured wrist if I fell. The knee pads were comfortable and I didn't use the elbow pads.
