This item smells like rancid oil I'm real disappointed in it and also disappointed that I can't return it. It actually has a bit of a greasy taste it's like borderline burned. I've purchased these from other vendors in Amazon and didn't have a problem like this. How can I get some kind of satisfaction?

My mom loves these things. so i started ordering them for her because she couldn't find a container like this of them in the store.
When she finished it off, i surprised her with another container. She was mad because she can't stop eating them and didn't want the
