I really love this product! The main thing I love about it is that the way it's designed. My dog can't escape out of it by backing up like on you can on other harnesses. It wraps around the abdomen and neck and my new rescue dog is a real work in progress and he will run away and make you chase him if he doesn't have a leash or harness. A day before I got this harness he ran out the front door and kept trying to run from me and I eventually caught him. Thank God we don't have a busy intersection that close to us but there were smaller residential streets though. This product has some thick comfort pads on the top of it that looks comfortable. And it can be adjusted as well which is nice. I'm glad I found this. Thanks. Highly recommended!!

Was happy to receive this in the mail and was excited to try to on my pup then it had a funky dog smell and it's covered in dog hair. No where in the product info did it say this product was used. It was probably returned and then put back in original packing. The leash is still brand new. Kiwitata went out of there way to make sure I was a happy costumer and satisfied with your product and company. They are even sending me a brand new one free of charge. Thank you.
