I just received this bag yesterday. It's beautiful and appears to be well made. The miscellaneous items that I carry on a regular basis fit well. I am tall enough that the shoulder strap length works for me. If I was under 5'8", I would recommend going with the medium. So far, I am pleased with it. I did not give 5 stars because I have not been able to actually use it yet and don't know how well it will wear. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a pocket on the outside.
