Perfect coaxial/communication cablebox

This is a perfect Cable Box for my/your home installation . the box is weather proof and waterproof. there is no seal because there doesn't need to be one. the closing rim interlocks and unless Noah Ark is floating past your garden, there is nothing to worry about.
I use my phone for streaming so i don't use a home internet provider. therefore, i installed this box to keep the cables in order and protect them from the weather in my case. But if I decide to go with an ISP for my home, I am ready. Definitely, this box is also perfect for any other project (sprinkler controller, external light controls, alarm system related ... whatever). I did not shorten the cables you see from my house in the picture: They completely fit into the box, so there is a lot of space/volume. There are plenty of ports/breakouts (side towards house-wall) and foam sealed entries on the bottom for cables in/out. You cannot break out the back side round openings. I used a circular saw blade for wood/drywall and cut through this plastic smoothly and in a controlled manner (see picture with 110V electric drill; my Ryobi freshly charged 18V drill couldn't do it). I used three stainless steel screws in place of the provided zinc screws and attached the box from the inside. I did not use the top/bottom optional external screw mounts. The box is lockable to discourage unauthorized fombeling, but if you wanted to get into this box with force, it would be relatively easy, but this is simply not my concern for this install.

This was perfect for setting up a small mesh system in my garage. Mounted a Tp-Link POE Switch with its power supply and one POE injector inside. Clean install with this broadband box. Ordered a second one to house an indoor access point for the center of the garage to act as the center to the mesh system. Great product.
Great for Outdoor Network 1 year update.

Perfect size to install access point on patio (See Photos). Other reviews commented about the lack of a seal on the door. We have had violent thunder storms recently. My equipment inside were completely dry.
I would recommend this enclosure of outdoor electronics.
2021 UPDATE: It's been a year since I installed this for outdoor access point in 2020. There have been no issues with the Pennsylvania winter.
I added two more this year to protect Philips HUE smart plugs for control of string lights that were added to the patio.

Good value, not as "substantial" as boxes I've worked with in the past.

Excellent configurability, holds up well to modifications. Not as rigid as other boxes I've worked with, thinner plastic. Time will tell how it holds up to the elements.
Very good backplane though, easily configurable for most any hardware mounting.

Great for housing an external WAP

I needed to put up an external wireless access point near the pool outside of my house. The one I had, would not cover up the hole in the wall that would result in bringing the cable through, so i decided to go with a box like this which would allow me to also bring in a coaxial for the TV outside. While i was there, i decided to drill a couple of holes for Additional RJ45 connections on the box and purchased A weatherproof RJ45 female to female connector to allow me to do this. After I seal the outside of the Box to the wall and put in the screws, I found that it looked just like a standard utility Box that most of the cable companies put in your home.
