Finally used this after about 10 days of having it. Still working on getting my keto life back in order and mannnn. I was having a sneezing attack as I was cleaning the house. The ghee was great and apparently does wonders for dust induced sneezing.
The taste is amazing. I will say if you don't store it immediately (like I failed to), be careful opening as it will have melted by about 90%. So it splashed a tidbit when I opened it. I am not sure if I should have refrigerated it, but I have and I can't wait for another cup of java within coffee++

Ok, tastes good but I would rather buy them separately.

Good but not enough to last. Just buy the ghee and mct oil separately. You will save some money and you can regulate how much mct and ghee you put in your coffee that way.

I bought this when I tried the Bulletproof coffee and it was perfect! It's a great blend of ghee and MCT oil. It was also great to have on hand when I traveled. No separate messy bottles of ghee & MCT oil to lug around. When I did use it for travel, I kept it in a plastic bag, it is butter and oil after all, so the bottle will get greasy. I only wish the price was a little cheaper or they offered a larger bottle. This one lasts about a week.

This is a really great product. Though I haven't really tried making my own bulletproof coffee mixture, this one works wonders for my energy. It adds a warm and clearheaded, sustained energy to coffee, and is way easier on the stomach than me just throwing a little milk in there. For taste, it's great added into coffee with some coconut milk or a bit of dairy (if you're lactose intolerant or whatever). Or by itself. I've even just added to coconut milk and drank it on its own before. No coffee. When don't feel like eating coconut oil.
