This scooter has been a blessing. It makes campus seem so much smaller because I'm able to get just about anywhere is half the time compared to people walking. Everyone going to college should have one

excellent value!! I am a big guy. 6' and 240lbs. this thing is rock solid. the large wheels really work well on the road and the brake works really well. It also folds up super quickly. This scooter feels solid and looks like it will last a long time even at my weight. Deck is solid and is textured for sure footing. A great scooter for an adult!! the larger wheels and wider Deck make it more comfortable. This purchase surprised me in a good way.

I go fast on scooters and had never felt so solid and safe until on this one! Love it.

I tried three different scooters, in my search for a suitable adult-rider scooter to use for exercise and getting around town. I'm 155 lbs and 5 ft 7 inches. I tried the Xootr Mg (180 mm wheels), this Razor A5 Lux (200 mm wheels) , and this Hudora with 230 inch wheel in front. and 200 mm wheel in rear. I rate the Hudora best, this Razor A5 Lux 2nd, and the Xootr comes in 3rd place, which ranking I attribute to the size of the wheels. Larger wheels do seem to give a more cushioned and comfortable ride. The Hudora had the smoothest ride of all these 3 scooters, the Xootr the most bumpy ride.
The Razor scooter also has twitchy steering -- whereas the Hudora, once you point it in a line, it likes to stay in that direction and isn't as twitchy to steer. The Razor sounds and feels more "clattery" -- it rattles a bit as you move along, which makes it feel more like a toy and less like a serious ride. Also the Razor colors (bright blue) make it look more like a toy for kids and less like an adults means of transport. I loved the color of the Hudora (I got the black one, which feels more suitable for an adult -- it looks less like a toy) Finally the Razor's deck is narrow (4.5 inches) and I can't fit both feet on it side by side. Or in any other way comfortably. The Xootr and Hudora both have wider decks (Hudora's is 5.5 inches, Xootr's is 7.5 inches) and this makes these 2 more comfortable to ride. The Razor and Hudora both have decks which are about 2.5 inches off the ground, which felt comfortable.
I like that the Hudora comes with a water bottle attachment bracket! Both the handlebars and the handlebar tube have click in place buttons which lock the tubes in place. This gives it a sense of feeling solidly built. In general this scooter looks and feels very nicely made -- it looks more expensive than it is.

The Razor and the Hudora (and I believe the Xootr also ) feature a rear fender brake which you step on to bring the rear wheel to a stop.
The handlebar of the Razor is 17 inches whereas that of the Hudora is 18.5 inches. I love that the Hudora has splayed grips which fit the hand's contour better than the round grips.

Finally, the Hudora has a longer wheelbase than the Razor (31 inches vs the Razor's 26.5 inches) so this too makes it more comfortable for adults.
