Best overflow box I have seen! Amazing quality of construction. I carefully inspected the box and it was flawless. I'm an engineer and I appreciated the quality of acrylic cutting, forming, and, bonding that has been accomplished by this company.

I Can't Live Without this Overflow

My previous tank was drilled. For my new tank, I decided to get this CPR overflow due to personal preference against drilling (drilling is easy IMO). Its very easy to setup. I used the venturi hole from one of my old powerheads instead of buying an aqualifter. For plumbing, I used vinyl tubes, which made everything so quiet compared to my old drilled tank. Perhaps I could have adjusted my old drilled tank's plumbing, but it would have taken me much more time to figure out. The vinyl was such a simple solution to all my needs. I cemented a 3/4" PVC pipe into the bottom of the overflow, then jammed a 1" vinyl tube onto the PVC pipe. I thought it would fall off easily, but it was the opposite. I had to use all my strength to pull off the vinyl. Just for precaution, I used steel clamp to tighten up the vinyl attachment. Its been 1 week since I set it up, but I have no regrets. I will update if I have problems, but I don't expect any problems for the next several years.

I will need to watch my powerhead during weekly maintenance to make sure its always on. Most people have problems when their aqualifter stops working, which I why I did not go that route. I feel like my powerhead is more reliable compared to an aqualifter because I can see my powerhead moving water. An aqualifter, I wouldn't be able to tell that its working AT A GLANCE.
Loud.. But fixable.

Seems to be a bit loud on outflow. Still 4 stars.. A bit of pipe and re drilling did the trick! Other wise best one for under 80 bucks I've found
