I LOVE IT. I am just recovering from knee surgery and needed something to just get me moving. I am not a Zumba Queen of all dancing so this is a very good starting place for me. I find it easy to follow and the biggest plus it is lots of fun. Makes me want to get a cowboy hat and boots! I think once I get more familiar with the moves, the dance steps will be something I can use just when I go out on the dance floor.

There are only 2 workouts on this DVD but they get you moving! Some of the numbers have some very fast moves that are hard to keep up with if you are recovering from an injury. Other than that, I like it.

I love this dvd, it is fun to do so I don't dread having to do it. There isn't any prior instructions with it I just had to do it a few times to feel comfortable with the moves. It has two 1/2 hour workouts and I do work up a sweat doing them I usually do both. I am older and they are not too difficult for me. Recommended.

I have been using Zumba DVD's since before Beto spoke much English so someone would translate. I have loved Zumba and the Latin music and moves for so long I was skeptical about Zumba country. I love country music but didn't think country Zumba was going to be very good. I was so surprised! They actually use a lot of moves from previous Zumba DVD's and put a country twist on them. Love the instructor and energy. They don't break down the moves but if you do Zumba a lot of them will be familiar. It took me a few times to learn it but had fun, high energy time even when the steps were not perfect.
