Lost sharpness

These are perfect for using on flowers, especially to dead head many flowers in my butterfly garden to ensure the flowers keep blooming all summer. The problem is that, even with cutting such soft stems, the tips of the blades (1 in.) have already lost their sharpness, making it necessary to be down in the middle of the blade to get a nice easy cut. They are only two months old and this problem makes it kind of a pain to do and precision cutting.

These trimming scissors are similar to all the others out there. They are exactly what you expect. I liked the two pack that I purchased, as I have hydroponics in two locations in my house and can store one set in each location. If I need trimming scissors again, I'd definitely consider these again.

My original review on these clippers said that they were nice. However after using them for barely two weeks one pair has lost the locking mechanism and the spring mechanism. These are really poor quality trimmers. I'm going to go back to the trimmers that I have always used .
