I bought this cooler because I got the Spectra S1 pump, which didn't come with it's own cooler. I had previously used the Medela Pump in Style Advanced which *did* come with a cooler, but his one is so much better. It's larger, easier to clean, and has a longer strap, which is easy to carry with my armful of other items (pump, car seat, purse, and coffee) to and from my car. I bought the Medela Ice Pack for Breastmilk Storage ice pack for my cooler and it fit perfectly. I use the 4 oz Avent Natural bottles which fit with or without the nipples and lids. The cooler keeps my milk cold for the whole day (8 am - 6 pm) with no problems.

I received this as a gift at my baby shower. I had this on my baby registry along with some 4 oz Philips Advent Natural glass baby bottles. I have used the Medela pump in style pump in the past and realized that the bottles didn't fit comfortably in the cooler that comes with the pump. The Mommy Knows Best baby bottle cooler is slightly larger and fits four 4 oz glass baby bottles and the ice pack that comes with the Medela pump perfectly. There is even room to keep the Philips Advent bottle nipples and caps! I find the parts to these bottles large, so I was impressed. This will be used for when I go back to work, however I am considering purchasing a second one for my husband who is a stay at home Dad since they spend a lot of time away from home. One thing I wish is that the larger strap was removable, as I don't plan to carry over my shoulder. Mommy Knows Best is perfect for my comotomo bottles with no lids. It keeps my freshly pumped milk chilled till I get home. I will be purchasing the tall one for my daughters bottles for daycare.

When I came upon this item, I was looking for a small cooler to take to work with me to keep my pumped breast milk until the end of the work day. When I searched on Amazon, this cooler bag looked like everything I was imagining. I added one to my Baby Registry and hoped I'd receive it. When I did, it was all that I wanted and then some--the size, the material, the ability to keep things cold--A+++. After going back to work and finally using the cooler bag, I can tell you it is a God-send! It is the perfect size to stash in a refrigerator or freezer until the end of the day, and is SO perfect that I ordered another one! You will not be disappointed!
