Gives me more storage, that's the only plus.

The USB ports work fine and it securely holds my 2TB hard drive fine, the only way my Xbox can even detect my hard drive is by having the cable connected. It won't detect the drive if I have it up against the Xbox like it should be, idk why it's just a cable, but for whatever reason it only works for me this way. So the hub is just laying next to my Xbox instead of being attached. Oh well, at least I have 2TB storage instead of 500GB now. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.

It just doesn' t fit back part snaps into place front will not so it is laying on the shelf connected by the use wire not what I hoped for but it is working

It seems to be exactly as advertised. It was easy to install and looks good. It's hard to tell it's not just part of the Xbox One unless you get right up on it.
Just make sure to buy a HDD that is 12mm or less in thickness, as is clearly stated in the product description.

Poor final fit

This item does work but the fit to the my xbox is not as smooth appearance as I would hope. The clips seem to hold but they do not snap in, I think that the usb may be too long and is preventing the case from seating properly. The end result is about a 1/16 to 1/8" gap between the xbox one and the expansion unit on the face. The unit holds the drive in place with a clip instead of screwing on braces like other units I have seen. Very easy to install drive.

Good product. It fits nicely to the original Xbox One, holds a hard drive and provides more USB ports to connect more devices and the cost was very reasonable. Solid product that works as advertised.
