Functionally awesome, cosmetically ok.

If not for the poor packaging/handling and some minor details on the finish work this would easily be a 5-star job cart. I picked mine up from HF. The packing box was looking a bit rough in the store but no big cuts or dings, so rather than go through several looking for the best box.... Got it home and assembled. Assembly not too bad, instructions could be better, having a second set of hands will save a lot of time. Surprisingly all the holes lined up great and no massaging was required (as I have become accustomed to with HF stuff) to get things into alignment. The top box portion is very thick gauge steel, strangely the angle for the legs is pretty thin, however does not seem to be an issue once all fasteners are tight. This thing is heavy, the whole deal assembled is just shy of 100lbs.
Pros:
The thickness/sturdiness of the box, good size/quality casters, generous size drawers for serious job box duty, and smooth drawer sliders make this a winner for under $200. If you are on a budget or just starting to make a living turning a wrench this is for you. If you worship at the alter of brand names, and make some fantasy correlation between the price of a metal box and the skill of a tech, look elsewhere.
Cons:
Most of the nasty I found outside my shipping box was a result of the shipping box getting wet. Unfortunately the main cabinet is right at the top of the shipping box and is NOT covered with a plastic bag inside the shipping box. So my cabinet got wet. A bit of rust bleeding out from the powder coated lid hinge. the fasteners retaining the latch arms are not coated for anticorrosion. The little nuts and screws were rusted. Not a big deal but OMFG! Just put it in a plastic bag before you shove it in a cardboard box, problem solved.... A little WD40 and a wipe down and you can hardly tell it was rusted. Aside from that, some of powder coat was pretty badly marked up. Looked like it was just handled roughly during packing, not so much like a bad powder coat job, just some careless handling. A few smudges and scratches but overall nothing I cant live with. Lets call it very good looking from 3 feet, perfect/awesome from 5 feet away.

Great product! Thanks for all the work to get it here as expected!
Don't be quick to tighten everything.
Amazon Customer•May 5, 2017
No issues at all. Lining up everything could be an issue if u tighten everything as u go. We put 5 of these together last week. Left everything loose. Then once it was all together and lined up we went and tightened each bold from the ground up. Very happy with these boxes.
You get what you pay for...

It's an OK toolbox, i used a coupon and got it for $90. Even with the discounted price, you get what you pay for. After assembling it i noticed the toolbox on top was way crooked when compared to the bottom shelf as if the whole thing had been twisted. I stood it on a level surface, put weights on it so it would sit flat, loosened all the nuts n bolts then re-tightened them hoping it would reset itself evenly. It didn't...layed it on it's backside, once again loosened and retightened while forcing it to be symmetrical. It's straight now but it doesn't sit flat on all wheels, it wobbles back and forth. Guess you just have to settle for crooked or unstable, can't have neither. Further more, all the drawers were off the tracks when i got the box, after resetting them a couple of the drawers slide halfway out then get stiff and hard to pull all the way out. Atleast i won't feel bad leaving this thing at the shop to get dirty and banged up.
