This was plug and play right into my scooter. It was super easy to set up, and easy to use. It does drain the battery, but you should already have your scooter on a battery tender anyway.

This system is great! I set it up in less than an hour, works perfectly! I was worried that it would not be loud enough to be effective, I was very surprised at just how loud this alarm is! This will wake me up from a dead sleep no problem.
I adjusted the sensitivity and do not worry about false alarms.
Definitely worth every penny! Recommended!

Bought these for my Ninja 1000 and my wife's Vulcan 650. We went on a 6 day road trip and wanted to be able to alarm the bikes so we would know if someone was messing with them. Was a VERY easy install (installed under the seats). Found that if the alarm is armed when you disconnect power, when you re-apply power it will rearm. If it is disarmed when you disconnect power, it will be disarmed when you reconnect. Added a normally closed relay to the accessory circuit so that the alarm would be deactivated when the key is turned on. Any excessive force on the bike (like moving it) sets off the alarm (and it's ear piercing). Great value!
