italian sausage stuffing

I like this stuffing because it had no seasoning added to it like all the other name brand stuffing. Each cube was also the right size and not to big. I also didnt want to take the time to make my own, like the traditional way.
This product was way overpriced, but I bought it anyway because it was exactly what I wanted!

I don't care for the hard, small cubes in most bagged stuffings, and I like to use Arnold's brick-oven bread: cubed with crusts, and toasted on a baking sheet till the cubes are "al dente". Then a few years ago, I saw this product at the supermarket during the holiday time, and loved that I'd save lots of time. After the holidays, I have a hard time finding this in stores, and was happy to see it here. While I highly recommend this product for tasty stuffing when you're pressed for time, the price is way too expensive to purchase on a regular basis. But the product freezes well.

I mix in cooked sweet Italian sausage, onions and celery sauted in a generous amount of butter, chicken stock, dried cranberries, cooked chicken livers, and a wee bit of chopped pecans. Yum.
