Measure Carefully!

I bought this to hang plants in front of a window. The hook is not compatible with the window -- the hook is curved -- and the shelf combined with the hook prevents the basket from resting on the window sill.

The 1st and 3rd pictures are not the product I received. The most important dimension, cubicle wall width, was off by .5 cm. It's only 4.5 cm wide, which means it won't fit most cubicles. In addition, there's this odd protrusion on the bottom which makes the shelf sit at an unacceptable angle. Since I need it and don't want to bother returning it, I'm going to get medieval on this thing with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch. Hopefully, without too much work, it will be usable.

I give it 3 stars because it's well built. Definitely sturdy. But the design is flawed. Flipping the hooks into position leaves two wires sticking out backward. It prevents the shelf from hanging properly and can rip the canvas of the cubicle wall. Not sure if the wires can be sawed off easily, but I'll try.
