They are fine for my 12 year old grill. They should last a couple of years. I use my grill a least once a week.

My original covers basically disentegrated and needed replacing. These were much cheaper than replacing with the original equipment. The mounts wouldn't really have worked with my grill but the mounts on the pit were starting to fall apart as well so it didn't matter I just set the appropriate length and set them above where they needed to go. They fit they sturdily as I have cooked with the grilled a bunch and no problems. (The grill is still in great shape but the covers and mounts were probably just made cheaper to have something to need replacing down the road)
