Singalong family fun especially for younger kids.

This is a great toy for siblings to play with together. The separate mikes are lots of fun, and the system is simple enough for even very young kids to figure out quickly and sturdy enough to stand up to rough use. My grandkids love it, and their parents even pretend to enjoy their serenades. The instructions for copying MP3 music files into it for replay are a little difficult to follow, and the internal memory should be larger. That is why I did not give it 5 stars.
I would feel comfortable calling them back with any other questions I have ...

Just received today and I thought the microphones were not working. I called customer service and they were very helpful. I would feel comfortable calling them back with any other questions I have about this product.

What a great company! I bought this for my granddaughter (who's 5) for Christmas...SHE LOVES IT! The product is exactly what I was hopping for, durable and fairly easy to use. Younger kids will need a lesson on USB insertion and how to change the mode, but that's easy. This brings me to the Kidzlane company. We had a younger child over to play who succeeded in pressing the USB stick in wrong and it broke. I was just outside of the 3 month Amazon warranty so I called the company directly. They were friendly and very helpful. I was willing to pay for the repair, as I like the item so much, but Kidzlane offered to send me a new item, a brand new MP3 player! I was ecstatic..still am! Kidzlane said "it's all about customer satisfaction with our products." Wow! It's rare to hear that anymore.Well, I'm completely satisfied, and so is my granddaughter, she uses the other one with the radio outside now, it's great!
I will certainly purchase from Kidzlane as my granddaughter grows out of the carry along and into a free standing Karaoke machine and microphone.

Mics didn't work on arrival. Returned. Not sure why I company would be OK with sending out this poor quality of a kids toy to anyone.

It stopped working five minutes after we started using it. We loved all the features so we returned it and reordered the same item. Hope it was just a bad wire. I will post if the new one works as well as we'd like. Also it's so easy to return to Amazon. Upgraded from 2 stars to 5. The new one arrived and works very well. The girls love it. It's not a huge machine but they can haul it into different rooms easily. A good buy.
