I've been using this charger nearly every day to charge up two power banks and my phone for the past six months and it works great. It charges my phone up much faster than my wall unit. Because of the power banks, I haven't had to use the wall charger since I got them. With 24 watts this has plenty of power to charge two devices at the same time. On sunny enough days the percentage of charge increases even while browsing the net or playing games on my phone. I wouldn't get anything less than a 20 watt rating. I have a 7.5 watt single output charger bought many years ago and it has trouble charging today's power hungry devices. Even though there are 28 watt chargers for less money I got this one because it has a third output that will charge car batteries and it worked terrific for that. The only problem I had was the supplied cable had battery clips that only stretched about five inches apart max and I had to slice through a single solid relatively thick covering containing the two wires a little more than six inches. Overall this is one of the best purchases I ever made. This thing can be a life saver because as long as there is sun, your phone battery will never go dead.

Purchased on May 20, 2017. Used it for the first time on July 12, 2017. It won't even charge a cell phone in airplane mode. The battery starts to charge and then as soon as the solar panel gets warm, it stops charging and the cell phone battery drains and goes dead. .Seller only has a 30 day return policy. Panel is garbage and seller does not stand behind their product. Avoid seller and product at all cost

I purchased the 24W foldable solar panel more than a year ago. We use it to charge phones, lights and batteries when camping. It has done a great job of that for more than a year. In full sun, it seems to easily output the rated wattage, charging our phones at full speed (better, for sure, than the charger that comes with the iPhone!) The 15v output does a good job charging a 12v lithium ion battery pack we have. The build quality is solid and customer support has been friendly, quick to respond and helpful. I have no reservation recommending the panel and TalentCell.

Purchased it because it has both USB outlets, and the 15V (tested at full Sun, no load) plug. So far, I've only tested it by charging a USB rechargeable light, and a 7" Android tablet. Charged the light in no time (~ 1 hour), and the tablet from 31% to 100% in ~ 4-5 hours. Plan to purchase a 12V 18AH battery to hook to a small 300W inverter. Curious to see how well it'll charge the battery. Knocked off 1 star because there is no documentation or warranty information for this product what so ever. I'd like to see some sort of documentation on the use and care of it, and warranty information, but nothing. I emailed the seller and they stated that they would email a "simple manual". The manual consisted of a short description of the product. This is the risk you take when buying from China. Overall (and so far) I really like the quality, and size of it.
