It made my dog smell really good and fluffed up her fur a bit. She's a double doodle (goldendoodle/labradoodle) so she has to get groomed often to keep her smelling fresh. She's about 60lbs and we just dread drying her after a bath. She doesn't really get dirty, she just stinks because it's winter here right now and she loves to roll around in the snow until she has ice balls all over her coat. You can really just wipe her down with a towel because the ice balls are stuck to her coat like decorations :).
This product so far is really good. The only thing I would love is if the spray bottle was aerosol or something. I can't get under my dog's belly easily without having to flip the bottle. And then when I do that, of course, it can't spray. I would love a bottle where I could just spray continuously all over my dog's body.

Very pleased with this purchase. It became my final choice b/c my labradoodle has sensitive skin &, being a rescue dog, is still skittish about the noise of a dryer. Love that this product is one of the few that has no alcohol, detergents, parabens, sulphates or dyes. The aroma is strong, like a perfume or cologne, when first sprayed on but quickly dissipates to a very pleasant, clean, lighter lavender smell on the fur. Only reason I'm rating this at 4 stars if b/c the bottle lid was loose enough in shipping that some liquid leaked upon arrival, but it was wrapped in a sealed plastic bag within the postage box, so all good. Otherwise, would've been an all 5+ Star rating.

Bodhi dog - you guys rock! This product is such a life saver for me. Our guy hates water though he's got the webbed feet and all. Tried this on him a couple of times and I am already calling this a "perfect" product. Works as advertised and other reviewers have suggested. It has become more and more painful for my almost 15 year old dog to be bathed so I decided to try this Lavender Waterless Dog Shampoo. My dog didn't seem to mind it at all and stood very still as I sprayed the shampoo over her entire coat. I allowed it to dry for a minute or so per instructions and then wiped her fur down with a clean cloth. Afterwards, she smelled clean and fresh as though she'd just had a regular outdoor bath!
