Well I'm not giving it five stars for one reason and it was because it did explain any where about what voltage to use paperwork said to use 240v.So i wired the plug for 240v and fried it of course. Not to mad because there support team is incredible and fast! They found what happened and had me a new setup sent out the same day came way faster then the original shipping. The setup works awesome and the heat pad is almost dead on so helps out a lot. The seal is great and the valves and lid work great as well. Can't wait to get a bigger model next.

Works great for me. Holds vacuum and temp. Got a single stage pump and it pulls 25inches hg at high altitude. Holds temp nicely
