My client's building suffered water damage in a room where records and documents were stored. As the owner of a professional cleaning service, I'm knowledgeable and confident about cleaning. But this was my first water damage. Before purchasing product, I phoned Ideaz to ask them if their MustGo products would be effective in a storage room that had suffered water damage? The man I spoke told me that MustGo products were specifically developed to prevent and control water related odors. He first asked about the specifics of the situation, then provided detailed instructions on which drying equipment to rent and how to use the products. I used both the MustGo Spray and MustGo solid bars in the storage room as directed. I used the MustGo Spray in the cabinets after they were cleaned, as well as on the cardboard file boxes and documents within. I hung one of the MustGo bars in the storage room and cut another MustGo bar into pieces using a utility blade and placed them into the effected storage boxes to protect the contents. Not only were the MustGo products effective in eliminating the musty odors, the staff at Ideaz were happy to help me. I have retained a very satisfied client. Highly recommend!

Works great to take musty basement smell out of furniture.

Smells like corn alcohol, and a smoker's car. I had a piece of luggage that smelled musty, so I bought this because of the reviews. The only thing that worked was baking soda, but it was a bugger to remove the white soda.

This product is absolutely amazing my son plays hockey his bag was unbearable. I mean can't be in the same room with it unbearable. He washes what ever equipment he can after every game but skates, gloves, shin guards, shoulder pads and the helmet can't be washed. We have used both the solid bar which we stuck in a sock as well as he spray which we apply directly on the equipment. Truly an amazing product and way more cost effective than other products that just mask the odors.
